This server runs the live checks behind TPC Hosting's free tools (https://tpc-hosting.com/tools/).
Every connection it makes is started by a person using one of these tools:
  - SSL Checker: a few TLS handshakes to the site the visitor named (ports 443, 8443, 465, 993, 995)
  - SMTP Test: connects to a domain's mail servers on port 25, says EHLO, tries STARTTLS and quits. It never sends mail.
  - Open Port Checker: only ever tests the visitor's own IP address
  - Dig Online and DNS Trace: DNS questions on port 53 to public resolvers, the root and TLD servers, a domain's own nameservers, or a nameserver the visitor named

Checks are rate limited per visitor and per target.
